Table 6 Gene expression levels of SPL7-regulated genes and targets of miR398b/c in the leaves of A. thaliana. Nineteen-days-old plants were exposed for 72 h to 5 μM CdSO4 with 0, 0.5, 1 or 2 μM CuSO4 extra, or grown under Cu deficiency from germination on or under control conditions. Transcript levels were calculated relative to the non-exposed plants. Data are mean ± S.E. of at least 5 biological replicates.
