Expression patterns of flowering genes are altered in lhy-7 mutant. Plants were grown under either LDs or SDs for 10 days on 1/2 X Murashige and Skoog-agar plates (hereafter, referred to as MS-agar plates) before harvesting whole plant materials for total RNA extraction. Transcript levels were examined by quantitative real-time RT-PCR (qRT-PCR). Biological triplicates were averaged and statistically treated using Student t-test. Bars indicate SE.
