Expression patterns of flowering genes are altered in lhy-7 mutant. Plants were grown under either LDs or SDs for 10Â days on 1/2 X Murashige and Skoog-agar plates (hereafter, referred to as MS-agar plates) before harvesting whole plant materials for total RNA extraction.
