Location of early stop mutations in PSTOL1 gene. PSTOL1 consists of a single 975 bp exon. Two different nonsense mutations are located in the same codon (bp 410 and 411). The 410 G to A mutation results in early stop in five aus accessions and the 411 G to A mutation results in early stop in one indica and four Korean weed accessions. A two basepair deletion at 381 leads to an early stop in a single O. glumaepatula accession and six O. meridionalis accessions
