Relative expression pattern of PtrA/NINV in P. trifoliata under various treatments. Expression of PtrA/NINV was analyzed by qRT-PCR using P. trifoliata exposed to various treatments, such as 4 °C (a), 200 mM NaCl (b), dehydration (c), 100 μM ABA (d), 200 mM sucrose (e), and 200 mM glucose (f). Transcript level of PtrA/NINV at the start of each treatment is set at 1, and those of other time points were accordingly computed. The Actin gene was used as an internal control. The values are means ± SE of three biological replicates
