Spots with cold acclimated (CA) to non-acclimated (NA) abundance ratio ≥ 1.5 and with t-test, P < 0.05 in at least five populations are presented. In cases when homologous sequences were detected at different positions on the gels, the spot with the highest CA/NA ratio is presented.
