AIP1 expression in different Arabidopsis tissues and organs. Relative mRNA levels of AIP1 were determined by qRT-PCR in a different organs from 30 day-old plants; except leaves which have been harvested from 14 day-old plants; b entire plants in different stages of development. Values were normalized with AtUBI14 as reference gene. Data shown represent mean values obtained from independent amplification reactions (n = 3) and biological replicates (n = 2). Each biological replicate was performed with material collected from a pool of at least six plants. Bars indicate mean ± standard error of biological replicates
