  1. ATP and ADP transport was allowed for 10 min. Rates represent net values of transport (minus corresponding transport into non-loaded liposomes) and are given in nmol/mg protein. For investigation of Mg2+ impact on ATP uptake 500 μM of MgCl2 were added to the transport medium.
