Phylogenetic analysis of SIZ/PIAS proteins between Dendrobium and other species. The species are Glycine max (Gm), Medicago truncatula (Mt), Vitis vinifera (Vv), Arabidopsis thaliana (At), Amborella trichopoda (Amt), Dendrobium (Dn), Sorghum bicolor (Sb), Oryza sativa (Os), Brachypodium distachyon (Bd), Hordeum vulgare (Hv), Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Sc), Schizosaccharomyces pombe (Sp), Homo sapiens (Hs) and Mus musculus (Mm).
