Transcription of MYB2 and ADH1 were increased in the transgenic lines. Two-week old seedlings without treatment were harvested. Expression values were calculated using 2-ΔΔCT method and AtEF1a as endogenous control. Three independent biological replicates were performed with similar result, and the representative data from one repetition are presented. Three technical replicates of each biological replicate were analyzed in quantitative real-time PCR analysis
