Differential accumulation of TCDD in various tissues of Arabidopsis as a function of the growth stage. Arabidopsis seeds were sown directly on TCDD-supplemented MS media. TCDD content was quantified in the shoot (a) and in the root (b) of Arabidopsis by HR/GC-MS at the indicated times. TCDD content was then quantified in the leaves, stem, flowers, siliques and seeds of 60-days old plants grown in the presence of 10, 50 and 100 ng L−1 TCDD (c). Three measurements were taken for three individual plants at indicate times. Values are mean ± SD (n = 6). FW: fresh weight
