Tulsi hits are marked in blue clour, red ones are alpha amyrin synthase, greens are beta amyrin synthase and cyan ones are proteins from other class of amyrin. The presence of motifs and position in the phylogeny indicate that the hits obtained in O. tenuiflorum genome are likely to be alpha-amyrin synthases
