Characterization of the eds5h-1 mutant. a) Expression analysis of the EDS5H. 10 mM MgCl₂ (M) or P. syringae pv. tomato DC3000 were infiltrated into Ws and eds5h-1 leaves. Samples were taken at 6, 12, 24, and 30 h post-inoculation (hpi). Northern blots were hybridized with a gene-specific probe for EDS5H. Ethidium bromide staining of the RNA gel (rRNA) was used as control for the loading.
