  1. The members of various transcription factor and kinase families were fetched from assembled transcriptome data and analyzed for expression pattern under conditions of drought (BHS) and high temperature (BHS). The details of total and differentially regulated transcripts in respective families along with categorization as up-regulated, down-regulated and total regulated transcripts in BDS and BHS is presented.
