Heatmap of expression level of Hsf genes in Chinese white pear fruit. Transcriptome data were used to measure the expression level of Hsf genes. The groups A1-C1 on the left correspond to different subfamilies. S1-S4 correspond to four different developmental stages: on 22nd April (S1), 13rd May (S2), 27th June (S3), and 28th July (S4). Color scale at the top represents log2 transformed RPKM (reads per kilobase per million) values. Light green indicates low expression and red indicates high expression. Heatmap was generated using R.
