Localization and synteny of the Hsf genes in Rosaceae genomes. Hsf genes in Chinese white pear (PbHsf), apple (MdHsf) and peach (PpHsf) were mapped on the different chromosomes, while in European pear (PcHsf) were anchored to the scaffolds. Chromosome or scaffold number is indicated on the inner side and highlighted red short lines in the inner circle correspond to different Hsf genes. Gene pair with a syntenic relationship was joined by the line.
