Treatments of WT^LUC, hsi2-2^LUCand hsi2-4^LUCseedlings with DNA methylation inhibitor 5-aza-2′-deoxycytidine (5-azadC) and histone deacteylase inhibitor Trichostatin A (TSA). Seeds were germinated and grown vertically on media plates containing the indicated concentrations of either 5-azadC (A) or TSA (B). Luminescence imaging of 10 days old seedlings was performed using cooled CCD camera after spraying with the substrate luciferin. Pseudocolor images show luminescence intensity from lowest (blue) to highest (white). The experiment was repeated with two technical replicates and representative images are shown.
