The expression of flowering regulatory genes in leaves of WT, RfBP⁺, and RfBP^-plants grown in long days. Chronological patterns of gene expression were analyzed by quantitative real-time RT-PCR with RNAs isolated from the two youngest leaves of plants at the indicated times. The constitutively expressed EF1α and Actin2 genes were used as references. Data shown in curves are mean values ± standard bars of results from three independent experiments each containing three repeats and five plants per repeat. Gray dashed and bidirectional arrowheads indicate significant differences between RfBP⁺ and WT or RfBP⁺ at the range of time intervals based on analysis of variance and least significant difference test (P < 0.01).
