The infiltrated tissues were harvested at 1, 2, 3, 4 and 8 days post-infiltration (dpi) for RNA isolation and cDNA preparation. RT-PCR (A) and RT-qPCR (B) were performed to determine gene expression of the fla Lso at different time after infiltration. For RT-qPCR, the samples were normalized against NbEF1α.
