The two numbers within a region are the numbers of DE genes (the first line) and miRNAs (the second line). (B) Biological processes, molecular functions and cellular components that were affected by the DE genes of CCA and CS. The function of nutrient reservoir function is exclusively associated with some of the DE genes of CCA, whereas the process of viral reproduction is exclusively associated with some of the DE genes of CS.
