An arrow indicates a loss, and an arrowhead indicates allelic variation. A. TDF85 showed no losses in any of the populations examined. B. Allelic variation was present in T. dubius from Garfield for TDF72.3. A 'missing' fragment in T. miscellus from Oakesdale may be interpreted as a loss, or the pattern may result from the polyploid individual arising from a T. dubius individual with an allele that is similar in its digest pattern to T. pratensis. C. cry1 showed loss in some individuals and some populations, but not others.
