Panel A shows results from a query in matrix format where each row represents a protein from the UniProt Knowledgebase database and each column refers to a single Solanaceae species and unigene collection. Each matrix cell defines the number of unique transcripts matching a protein sequence. By clicking on a single matrix cell the user can access the list of source-specific sequence identifiers (Panel B).
