  1. OsWRKY genes belonging to each of the nine identified co-expression clusters in rice are listed together with their assigned phylogenetic group, according to the At-Os phylogenetic analysis [see Additional file 2]. When identified, the putative Arabidopsis ortholog/s with a bootstrap value higher than 50% is/are reported along with its/their affiliation to a co-regulatory network, as obtained by P-lin correlation analysis (Figure 4). no ortholog indicates the absence of identified corresponding Arabidopsis gene.
