Temporal transcriptional changes of genes involved in starch and lipid mobilization pathways during germination under standard conditions. Enzymes designated by numbers are listed in Table 2. Transcriptional changes of the corresponding genes are depicted as coloured arrows with red indicating at least 2-fold up-regulation and blue indicating at least 2-fold down-regulation.
