AsA t content of petiole exudates after treatment of source leaves with AsA precursors. Terminal leaflets of glasshouse grown potato plants were supplied with 500 μl of the substrate indicated (25 mM) via a 'flap' whilst still attached to the plant. After 24 h incubation, leaflets were removed for AsAt determination in tissues and collection of exudates (90 min).
