Figure 5

In vivo BiFC analysis of interaction between BnaCBL and BnaCIPK co-expressed in N. benthamiana leaf cells. The coding regions of BnaCBL and BnaCIPK were fused to the N- and C-terminal halves of YFP, respectively. The fluorescence of YFP formed by the indicated plasmid combinations indicated at the right was observed 4 days after infiltration in N. benthamiana leaves by confocal laser microscopy. (A) YFPN-CIPK7 coexpressed with CBL4-YFPc; (B) YFPN-CIPK7 with CBL10-YFPc; (C) YFPN-CIPK10 with CBL1-YFPc; (D) YFPN-CIPK10 with CBL2-YFPc; (E) YFPN-CIPK10 with CBL4-YFPc; (F) YFPN-CIPK10 with YFPc; (G) YFPN-CIPK12 with CBL4-YFPc; (H) YFPN-CIPK12 with CBL10-YFPc. Bar = 50 μm.
