A total of 1,707 and 2,895 probe sets of up-regulated and down-regulated genes respectively in the space grown Mizuna were assigned to the biological category. The number of top 20 GO terms in up-regulated genes and down-regulated genes are shown. The x-axis and y-axis indicate the number of transcripts and the category, respectively.
