Daily net assimilation (A N of A), stomata conductance (g s of B) and transpiration rate (T r of C), and substomatal concentration of CO2 (C i of D) of the WT and GmPIP1;6 overexpression plants under normal and salt stress conditions. Ten-day-old WT and GmPIP1;6-Oe transgenic soybean plants were treated with or without 100 mM NaCl for 3 days. AN, gs, Tr and Ci were measured by LI-6400 every 2 hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. All data are means of four biological replicates with error bars indicating SD.
