From: Tomato SlMKK2 and SlMKK4 contribute to disease resistance against Botrytis cinerea
Expression patterns of SlMKKs after inoculation with Botrytis cincerea . Tomato plants were inoculated by foliar spraying with spore suspension (2 × 105 spores/mL) of B. cinerea and leaf samples were collected at time points as indicated. Gene expression was analyzed by qRT-PCR and relative expression levels were calculated by comparing with the corresponding values at 0 hr (as a control) after inoculation. Data presented are the means ± SD from three independent experiments and different letters above the columns indicate significant differences at p < 0.05 level.
