  1. BWA mapping of NB-LRR-enriched Illumina PE 250-bp MiSeq-reads to the reference S. lycopersicum Heinz 1706 aided the verification of previously reported NB-LRR genes [7] (verified genes in brackets), as well as the identification of novel NB-LRR encoding sequences.
