GWAS of LDI activity of 162 Tibetan barley accessions. GWAS was analyzed by three methods: a, d and g: Q method for 2011, 2012 and mean values of 2011 and 2012; b, e, h: K method for 2011, 2012 and mean values; b, d and f: Q + K method for 2011, 2012 and mean values. Significant associations were identified using criterion of -log10(P) >2 (P < 0.01).
