Markers in bold are those included in the four haploblocks. Panel “b” shows the scatterplot of the LD decay of the linked marker pairs on chromosome 10 as a function of the physical distance (bp). The red line indicates the data fitting line. LD threshold, based on the 95th percentile of the unlinked marker pair distribution is superimposed on the scatterplot and represented by a grey dashed line.
