Quantitative estimation of stilbenes in grapevine plants by HPLC-DAD. Grapevine plants (cv. Chardonnay) were treated with 30 mM thiamine (solid bars) or water (white bars) and leaves were collected at different time intervals post-treatment (1, 2, 3, and 4 dpt) for methanolic extraction of stilbenes.
