Three genes from each memory category were randomly chosen from the RNA-Seq datasets to illustrate the diverse transcriptional response patterns. Transcript levels measured by real-time qRT-PCR are under initial pre-stressed watered (W) conditions, after the first (S1), and the third (S3) exposures to dehydration stress.
