MYBR1 and MYBR2 regulate expression of some senescence-related genes. QRT-PCR was performed on total RNA extracted from rosette leaves numbers 3–5 of 21 d old soil grown plants of WT (Col-0), gain- and loss-of MYBR1 function as well as mybr2 and double mutant mybr1xmybr2. Standard error (n = 2) of biological repeats are indicated.
