Co-regulatory networks of the 22 stress-inducible BcWRKY genes. The co-regulatory networks of stress-inducible BcWRKYs were established based on the Pearson correlation coefficients of stress-inducible BcWRKY gene pairs using log₂ transformed qPCR data, which involved 22 nodes and 56 regulatory edges. All of the Pearson correlation coefficients of co-regulatory gene pairs were significant at the 0.05 or 0.001 significance level (p-value), and the different edge line styles indicate the different significance levels of the co-regulated gene pairs.
