Uptake of phenanthrene in the presence or absence of blockers (TEA+and Ba2+) for K+channels. Hydroponic solution was Hoagland nutrient solution (pH 5.5) with 5.62 μM phenanthrene. Each histogram bar represents the mean value of triplicates. Bars are the standard deviation of the mean. Data were subjected to one-way ANOVA and compared using the Duncan’s test (P < 0.05).
