Expression of AtCuAO genes in Arabidopsis seedlings in response to exogenous treatments. Transcript levels of AtCuAO1, AtCuAO2 and AtCuAO3 genes were determined by real-time RT-PCR in Arabidopsis seedlings exposed or not to wounding or treatment with flagellin 22, SA, MeJA, ACC or ABA after 0, 3, 8 and 24 h of treatment. Values are expressed normalized to Actin 2 and relative to non-treated plants at each time point, which is assumed to be one. Values are the mean ± SE of three replicates.
