Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) assay using antibodies against P1. ChIP analysis was done by both PCR (A, 25 cycles) and qPCR (B) using mature leaves from B73 and Confite Puneño (CFT) after an 8 h UV-B treatment or under control conditions in the absence of UV-B.
