From: Analysis of the P1promoter in response to UV-B radiation in allelic variants of high-altitude maize
Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) assay using antibodies against P1. ChIP analysis was done by both PCR (A, 25 cycles) and qPCR (B) using mature leaves from B73 and Confite Puneño (CFT) after an 8 h UV-B treatment or under control conditions in the absence of UV-B. Primers designed to amplify the CHS promoter are listed in Table S1. IP, ChIPed sample; NoAb, No-antibody control; input: input DNA.
