Schematic diagram of the Transfer-DNA segment of the binary plasmid pAM4424. The plasmid contains an antibiotic resistance gene neomycin phosphotransferase (NPT II) for the selection of wheat transformants and an antimicrobial bovine lactoferrin (BLF) gene for resistance against F. graminearum.
