  1. The non-embryogenic line (CI 04115) cannot regenerate any embryos, the embryogenic line (CI 04106) can only produce a few embryos but cannot regenerate any plantlets, and the regenerant line (CI 07 060) can produce a large number of embryos and regenerate plantlets.
