Multiple alignments of genomic FNS II nucleotide sequences of Dahlia variabilis hort. Alignment was performed with GeneDoc [38] and provides a comparison of FNS II of the yellow cv. Rubens (Accession No JQ731761) and of the black cultivars Arabian Night (Accession No JQ731764), Chat Noir (Accession No JQ731765), Karma Choc (Accession No JQ731763), and Tisa (Accession No JQ731762).
