Interaction of rps10b-1 with the low-branching mutants fhy3-12 and rev. (a-f) Rosette centres of wild-type, single and double mutant plants at early flowering stage. Except for rps10b-1 rev (SALK_102345), the primary inflorescences were removed to reveal the rosette leaf axils. Note the complete absence of rosette axillary buds in rps10b-1 fhy3-12 and rps10b-1 rev, and the filament-like lateral organs at the top of the rps10b-1 rev rosette which are likely the youngest, radialised leaves. (g,h) Other shoot-meristem-related phenotypes of double mutant plants. (g) Abortion of the primary inflorescence meristem of an rps10b-1 fhy3-12 plant in a short, pin-like structure (arrow).
