Distribution of low-esterified pectins by immunolabeling with JIM5 in zygotes and proembryos. (A 1 -G 1 ) The fluorescence images of immunolabeling with low-esterified pectins antibody JIM5 under a fluorescence microscope. The intense green immunofluorescence localized mainly in the cell walls of basal end of zygotes and proembryos in vivo (A 1 -D 1 ), proembryos cultured with 50 μM β-GlcY (E 1 and F 1 ) and the samples cultured in vitro without β-GlcY (G1).
