LC-MS analysis of Ss LPPS reaction products. Normal phase LC-APCI-MS analysis in negative mode was used to directly detect the SsLPPS reaction product from GGPP as substrate without dephosphorylation. Results are depicted as extracted ion chromatogram (EIC) of the parent mass m/z 467, which is consistent with labda-13-en-8-ol diphosphate (LPP) 3.
