Underlines indicate the R3 MYB domain, arrowheads indicate the amino acid signature [D/E]L × 2[R/K] × 3 L × 6 L × 3R that is required for interacting with R/B-like BHLH transcription factors, and asterisks indicate the amino acids within the MYB domain that are crucial for cell-to-cell movement of CPC.
