GenBank accession numbers are shown in parentheses. An unrooted tree based on amino acid sequence similarity was obtained by using the neighbor joining method. Bootstrapping was performed with 1,000 replicates, and the bootstrap values (percent) are indicated above the supported branches. The scale bar indicates the distance corresponding to 5 changes per 100 amino acid positions. The predicted protein sequences were initially clustered by using ClustalW.
