(A) Paphiopedilum emersonii, (B) P. delenatii, (C) P. malipoense, (D) P. hangianum, (E) P. armeniacum, (F) P. micranthum. 25S rDNA (green) and 5S rDNA (red) probes were simultaneously detected in all Paphiopedilum species.
