Maximum likelihood phylogenetic tree resulting from multiple alignment of PPR repeat coding sequences of the 5 Rfo-PPR genes. The tree was constructed with TreeDyn (v198.3) [70] on the Phylogeny.fr platform after multiple alignments were conducted as described in the Material and Methods section. Bootstrap values obtained after 100 repetitions are shown.
