O and SA under heat stress (HT, 43°C) and recovery. Thylakoid membranes were extracted from leaves. Equal amounts (10 μg) of protein were subjected to SDS-PAGE and transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane. Thereafter, the membrane was incubated with anti-Arabidopsis thaliana HSP21 antibody.
