From: Genomic evolution and complexity of the Anaphase-promoting Complex (APC) in land plants
Phylogenetic relationships of APC TPR proteins from diverse species. Protein sequences were aligned with ClustalW using the Gonnet scoring matrix in MEGA4. The unrooted tree was generated using the MEGA4 program by the Neighbor-Joining method. Branches with less than 50% bootstrapping support were condensed.
